Terms of Service

Effective June 2026

1. Who we are

instaoutreach ("the Service") is operated by Coldabry LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("you", "the Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: rk@coldabry.com.

2. The Service

instaoutreach is software that automates Instagram outreach on accounts and proxies that you supply ("bring-your-own"). It warms accounts, sends direct messages within configurable limits, classifies replies, and helps book calls. We provide the tooling; you direct how it is used.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and proxies you are entitled to use. You are responsible for all activity under your organization.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You must not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, hate, impersonation, targeting minors, or any unlawful purpose.

4. Platform & account risk (important)

Automating Instagram may conflict with Instagram's Terms of Use. Instagram may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban automated accounts. You accept this risk in full. Use only accounts you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for action taken by Instagram against your accounts.

5. Billing

The Service is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Early-bird subscribers who start on or before the stated deadline keep the early-bird price for the life of their continuous subscription; new subscriptions after the deadline are billed at the then-current standard price.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that endanger our infrastructure or other users, or where required by law. Serious abuse may be terminated without refund.

7. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost accounts, revenue, or data.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact us at rk@coldabry.com.
