Terms of Service

instaoutreach ("the Service") is operated by Coldabry LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("you", "the Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: [email protected].

instaoutreach is software that automates Instagram outreach on Instagram accounts that you supply ("bring-your-own"). It warms accounts, sends direct messages within configurable limits, classifies replies, and helps book calls. We provide the tooling; you direct how it is used.

By default the Service runs through the instaoutreach browser extension ("Safe Mode"), which you install in your own browser. It acts in the Instagram session you are already logged into, on your own internet connection, and only while that browser is open. You are responsible for the device and browser profile you install it on. Some workspaces created before September 24, 2026 can also use a server-side mode, in which our servers log into the accounts through proxies that you supply.

You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage and, where you use server-side mode, proxies you are entitled to use. You are responsible for all activity under your organization, including activity carried out by the browser extension on devices you control.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You must not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, hate, impersonation, targeting minors, or any unlawful purpose.

Automating Instagram may conflict with Instagram's Terms of Use. Instagram may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban automated accounts. You accept this risk in full. Use only accounts you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for action taken by Instagram against your accounts.

The Service is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Early-bird subscribers who start on or before the stated deadline keep the early-bird price for the life of their continuous subscription; new subscriptions after the deadline are billed at the then-current standard price.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Payments in cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments) buy a fixed prepaid period and do not renew automatically. Access continues until the end of that period plus a short grace period, after which sending stops until you pay again. Your data is kept.

A lifetime plan is a one-time payment for the stated number of accounts, with no further subscription fees for as long as we operate the Service. It covers the same features and usage limits as the regular plan; usage-based add-ons such as AI credits are billed separately.

You can invite others with your personal referral link or code. Someone who signs up through it (a "referred customer") gets $10 off their first payment. The discount applies once, to the first payment only, and replaces any other promo code on that payment.

When a referred customer's first payment is at least $10 and 30 days pass without a refund or chargeback, you earn a $10 reward. You can earn up to 20 rewards in any 12-month period.

Rewards are service credit, not cash: a credit on your next card invoice, AI credits, or scraping credits when that feature is available, as you choose on the Invite friends page. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and unused rewards expire 12 months after they are earned.

A referral is fixed at signup to the link or code used at that moment and cannot be moved to another person later. Referring yourself, your own other workspaces, or accounts you control is not allowed. Rewards that look like self-referral (for example a shared payment card, a shared network or a disposable email address) are held for review and may be cancelled. A refund or chargeback on the referred payment cancels the reward, and a reward that was already applied may be reversed.

Promote your link honestly: no spam, no misleading claims, no paid ads on the instaoutreach name and no coupon or deal sites. If you break these rules we may cancel pending rewards and switch off your link. We may change or end the program at any time; rewards earned before a change remain valid.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that endanger our infrastructure or other users, or where required by law. Serious abuse may be terminated without refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost accounts, revenue, or data.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact us at [email protected].
