Pricing questions
How much does it cost for 10 Instagram accounts?
$159.50 per month. Pricing is per account: $29 for the first one and $14.50 for every additional account, which is 50% off. Paid yearly the same 10 accounts cost $1,094 a year, 43% less than monthly.
There is no limit on how many accounts one workspace holds.
Are there Starter, Growth and Scale tiers?
No. There is one plan and every feature is in it: AI replies, lead sourcing, warmup, the unified inbox and the booking integration. The only thing that changes with price is how many Instagram accounts you run.
Nothing is held back for an upgrade, so you never discover mid-campaign that the feature you need costs more.
Can I pay once instead of every month?
Yes. The lifetime plan is a single payment of $499 for the first account and $249.50 for each extra one, with no renewals. You can add accounts to it later at the extra-account price.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes, and it's 5% cheaper: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL and 300+ other coins through NOWPayments. Crypto can't renew by itself, so you buy 1, 3 or 12 months up front (12 months at the yearly price) or the lifetime plan. We email you a week before a crypto plan ends, and renewing early adds the new months on top.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days with one outreach account. You add a card when you start, pay $0 that day, and we email you 3 days before the first charge. Cancel in Settings before the trial ends and you are never charged. The extension starts sending on day one at a slowly rising, safe pace, so you see real replies inside the trial.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the billing portal, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Changing account count is also self-serve and prorated.
Do I need to buy a proxy?
No. Your account runs through the instaoutreach Chrome extension, inside your own browser, on your own internet connection. There is no proxy to rent, set up or pay for, and your account never shares an IP with another customer's.
